The Blur effect applies to texts, vectors graphics, images(pixabay, iconfinder, etc) as well as uploads. For now, this affects the entire element selected, partial blur is not yet available but, we’re working on to deliver that feature soon. Thanks!

How to use it:

1. Load the image/ text in the editor.
2. Click on the image/text you want to blur. (This will enable the Control Panel at the right side of the editor)
3. Select the Effects tool from the Control panel. This is where you can enable the Blur effect.

4. Tick the blur box to apply the effect on your element. You can adjust its level using the slider underneath the effect.
